Who is Coming?

Experienced track day enthusiasts with elite machines looking for clean laps and who cringe at the thought of another day of standing around waiting for your run group to be called or even worse delayed or eliminated due to another Black Flag. You also want to be on track with folks who value the integrity of their own car as much as you do yours!

Race cars looking for more practice and shake down time. We aren’t racing and all race cars must be in excellent condition and the drivers must be mindful of the fact they are on sticky slicks compared to road cars!

A handful of beginners in later model high horsepower cars who have previously been reluctant to take their expensive and powerful cars on track with folks that don’t cherish and maintain their vehicles like you do.  (We are looking at you Ferrari, McClaren, Lambo, Aston, Bugatti and Porsche GT garage queens/museum pieces). These cars were meant to be driven and this is the event to do it! When you RSVP, please note whether you would like a coach to be available to assist you take on this challenge safely.

Why is this different?

Take advantage of this great opportunity to see what your car can do, we will have experienced drivers and coaches all willing to help learn the track, driving techniques, tips for keeping your car pristine and how to get the most out of the experience!

Even if you are hesitant to take your car on track at first, come for the experience, community building and car show type atmosphere. We had excellent turn out of family, friends and spectators at last year’s event. To the extent permitted by the host and the operators of the track, we will offer limited ride-along opportunities for non-drivers. Passengers are welcome on track during designated parade laps. All other ride along requests must be approved in advance by both the host and the track.

Whats included and the Cost?

The cost includes all day track rental (no run groups unless a beginner session is required to start the day) so you set your own on track schedule outside of lunch breaks, staff breaks and the parade laps after lunch. We will also have professional photography for some on track action like you see in our gallery! All attendees agree to let us make future promotional use of pictures and videos taken throughout the day. You will also have the opportunity to purchase packages from the event of from our photographer Alex Bellus.

Regrettably, inflation has hit every venue and every business. To cover increased track rental costs and keep our low volume and high-quality ethos, we are asking $695.00 per car per event with an early bird discount of $50.00 off for fully paid reservations made 30 days in advance of the event.

For shared cars with multiple drivers, we are asking an additional $250.00 per driver per event. Drivers who pay for and attend both of this year’s events will also be eligible to win one or more motorsport themed Door Prize(s) awarded during our year-end Happy Hour.

Track insurance?

Track insurance is strongly recommended. Typical auto insurance will not cover on-track damage so please consider investing in your own peace of mind. Please consider obtaining your track insurance through OpenTrack which is a Minnesota-based business and a leader in the space.

Lunch and Happy Hour!

We will request that the on-track “Wheelie Bar” be open for lunch. Please plan to patronize this establishment if available and more importantly take this time to make new friends and further socialize with your fellow drivers.

Last but hardly least, please also join us for an on-track Happy Hour at the end of the day! It is a great way to network within this community and to welcome spectators and family who support us in this foolishness.
